Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original, pristine condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. Custom or bespoke pieces and final sale items (clearly marked at checkout) cannot be returned.

  2. Receive a prepaid return label via email within 24 hours
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship your return using the prepaid label provided

  • Inspection: We inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions (1-2 business days)
  • Approval: If approved, we'll send you a confirmation email
  • Processing: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Appearance: Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Total Timeline: From the moment we receive your return to when the refund appears in your account: approximately 10-14 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or issue a full refund immediately—regardless of the 15-day window or condition of the item.

To report damage or defects:

  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect

Shipping Costs

We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns, so you won't pay anything to send your item back to us. If you choose to use a different shipping method, you'll be responsible for those costs.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply initiate a return and place a new order for the item you'd like. Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed, and you can use it toward your new purchase.

Final Sale Items

Some items are marked as "Final Sale" at checkout. These items are not eligible for return or refund. Please review all item details and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
