Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary by location. Orders within Australia typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders to the US, UK, and New Zealand take 10-14 business days. We use premium courier services to ensure your pieces arrive safely and on time. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
We offer free shipping on orders over ₹500 (or equivalent in your currency). For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates apply. Express shipping options are available at checkout for customers who need their pieces sooner. All orders are insured and tracked for your peace of mind.
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real-time. You can also log into your account on our website to view order status at any time. If you have any concerns about your shipment, contact our customer care team.
We take great care in packaging every order, but accidents happen. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately. All Kleinsford pieces are insured during transit, so you're fully protected.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We'll provide a prepaid return label so you can send items back to us at no cost. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
To start a return, log into your account and select the order you wish to return. Click "Return Item" and follow the prompts. You can also email our customer care team at returns@kleinsford.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24 hours.
Most items can be returned within 15 days. However, custom or bespoke pieces, items that have been worn or washed, and final sale items (clearly marked at checkout) cannot be returned. Damaged items are always eligible for replacement or refund, regardless of wear. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
